Training Programme for PMP Certification
This course will enable you to take the United States Project Management Institute’s exam and become a Project Management Professional (PMP)
The target audience includes persons who have been involved in projects but who do not have PMP Certification. It will allow them to increase their knowledge of project management and its tools and techniques.
The course covers the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), including all the knowledge areas and processes of the standard framework. Main areas to be taught include project management framework, organizational influences, project life cycle and the ten knowledge areas including professional and social responsibilities.
The facilitator will provide detailed explanations, exam strategy, and exam tips. There will be two mock exams but each day there will be quizzes on the area previously taught.
About the trainer:
Theresa Frederick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), who has lectured more than ten (10) different project management courses at university level for students taking the BSc Project Management. She has more than thirty years’ experience doing projects and has worked with local and international agencies.
